  Rank amateurs. Unfortunately used them as a tenant and they managed to lower my already low expectations of letting agents.
  
  Very small and amateurish company. Run by three people but they try and make out like they're a larger business whenever you call them. If you don't believe me, the fact that the company is registered to a residential address with no commercial property should be evidence enough.
  
  Pathetically disorganised to the point of incompetent. Incapable of the most basic of admin tasks, I.E sending emails to tenants/landlords/guarantors without constant nagging and badgering to do their job.
  
  I actually left them as a tenant owing them two weeks rent, but despite multiple calls they never managed to send me a bill. Do they sound like the sort of business to trust with your investment as a landlord?
